Jacqui O’Sullivan Jacqui is our Executive Director Of Education and is an award winning educator with proven teaching and motivational expertise and vast experience delivering first class training and assessments in nail technology, customer care, nail art and procedures within pressurised settings. She holds a BA (Hons) Degree in Education and is involved in judging numerous national and international nail competitions and is the lead nail judge for World Skills, the biggest vocational education and skills excellence event in the world. Jacqui has over 20 years’ experience in the industry and has worked with a number of awarding bodies and within the Further Education sector. She is currently the Executive Director Of Education for Louella Belle and helps develop education for numerous brands such as Artistic Nail Design and Famous Names treatments. Jade Evangelou –Location: London Jade has been working in the beauty industry for 25 years. Having managed and owned several salons Jade’s purpose in life is to not only provide a great service to others but also provide a safe and fair environment for other workers in the industry and providing them with up to date and accurate training, so they can also provide a great service to their clients. Jade’squalifications include NVQ 2 in beauty therapy, diploma in advanced nail techniques PTTLS and an BSc in Nutrition Sue Davies –Location: Kent Biography: Sue Davies joined the nail industry in 2002 and went on to also qualify as a beauty & holistic therapist.  In 2005, Sue began working for an industry renowned technician which led to a salon management role and an involvement in key areas of the nail industry that would last for many years.  Sue worked as Assistant Director of the Association of Nail Technicians (ANT) until it was wound down in late 2008, working to promote technician standards & ethics as well as raising consumer awareness.  Working with other key industry nail technicians she is now co-founder of the Nail Industry Association working with nail techs nationwide to enhance the industry. Sue has worked with Professional Beauty Nail Competitions as Competition Organiser and Judge at Professional Beauty & Beauty Professional events all over UK & Ireland since 2006.  More recently she successfully launched, in conjunction with Beauty Professional (Ireland), the VTCT All Ireland Nail Championships.  As part of her belief in individual development Sue works with Facebook group ‘The Nail Space’ as a mentor running regular photographic and development competitions to help build skills & confidence with new techs. She has gone on to run her own successful salon, Gorgeous Nail & Beauty Emporium, and has been a finalist in Scratch Stars Awards Nail Salon of the Year (Independent) in 2012, 2013 and won the prestigious Scratch industry award in 2014.  Her salon also made the Professional Beauty Top 15 Most Inspiring UK Nail Salons and is consistently a 5 star reviewed salon.  Leading on from her personal and salon successes Sue was asked join the judging team for the Scratch Stars 2016 awards   Carrie Leigh Allen Location: Lancashire/Manchester Carrie-Leigh Allen covers the North West area and has been in the Nail industry for over 15 years. Carrie is extremely passionate, creative and driven Nail Technician with a business mind to inspire and teach the next generation of nail technicians using the latest techniques and methods. Carrie is a qualified FE lecturer as well as competitive nail artist, Carrie has been competing in the nail industry since 2008 and her recent awards include coming 1st place in the show Nail Art competition at Professional Beauty 2016 and came 2nd place in the Boxed Art competition at Beauty UK 2016. Natalie Gartland – Location: Bradford/Sheffield/ West Yorkshire Natalie is the owner of her own salon, with over 12 years’ experience in the nail and beauty industry. Offering high levels of customer service within her salon and has an excellent track record in education. Teaching allows Natalie to pass on her experience and skills to others. Natalie regularly attends other courses to keep up with our ever-changing industry. Surina Agar- Location: Cambridge/ Peterborough Highly skilled and qualified educator with 25 years in the industry. Business owner and proven track record in sales within the hair and beauty industry. Educated to Level 3 in Education and Training and currently working towards Level 5 degree in teaching and training and assessors award. Passionate about keeping up to date with latest innovations and nail science and loves nail art of all kinds. Regularly attends all sorts of classes to update CPD. Surina also teaches in colleges, academies, training schools and accredited courses and provide ongoing support to the learners. Surina is part of the Louella Belle education team for the South East region. Anettt Bunkoczi – Location: London/ Borehamwood Anett Bunkóczi covers the London area and has been in the industry for 11 years and has completed her Award in Education and Training Qualification Level. Anett has started competing in 2016 holding an International Manicurist of the Year title and has been short listed as a Scratch Stars finalist in 'Natural nail specialist of the Year1 category. Anett recently completed training with Alisha Rimando, Creative Director of Artistic Nail Design and been certified as an Artistic International Instructor and has been awarded with 'International Manicurist of the Year 2016' at Professional Beauty London. Abigail Simons - Manchester Abigail is part of the Louella Belle education team for Manchester and the surrounding area. Running a successful business in Manchester specialising in bespoke arty nails, with an NVQ 2 and 3 in beauty therapy, Abi has trained with Alisha Rimando Creative Director of Artistic Nail Design as well as CND, Gemma lambert and Young Nails. Abi has also attended the Rock Hard Artistic World Tour which is a once a year event for Artistic Nail Design trainers world wide to get together and attend a week long training course. Zsuzsanna Fecsik – Location: Derby/Nottingham As a professional nail technician, beautician, and nail educator Suzy’s background combines unique experiences in the beauty industry, with over 11 years’ experience in the nail industry, 5 years in beauty therapy and more than 3 years in teaching. Suzy has been awarded the International Nail Master award in 2013. Completing PTLLS Level 4 in 2014, which enabled Suzy to achieve her dream of becoming a great nail teacher, passing on her experience and skills to others. Suzy also runs her well established business. Regularly attending national competitions, practicing and improving her knowledge, which helps Suzy deliver  first class education. Recently Suzy achieved 2nd Place in Pink and White Master category at Professional Beauty. Emma Smith – Essex Emma has over eight years of experience in the beauty industry and seven years in retail management. She holds the latest qualification: Education and Training Level 3 Certificate (previously PTTLS). Emma's main focus is running The Great Bentley Retreat beauty salon which she has owned for eight years. Alongside her business partner, the salon now has 6 staff so training has always been a big part of Emma’s day to day business. “I really believe in the power and importance of strong education. Potentially amazing therapists have come to me and have been let down by poor training which has hindered their confidence and progress. I make it my mission to provide the best training possible and meeting the needs of my learners so they can leave feeling confident that they can use these great products and solutions perfectly.” Emma has a passion for all things natural, looking at how treatments and the right products can have a big impact on people’s day to day lives. Amanda Markey – Essex Amanda has been in the nail industry for 16 years and holds 21 certificates including the Ptlls and has been teaching for four years. Amanda is part of our education team for the south east is based in Essex, her courses include IBX, Artistic Colour Gloss and Artistic’s newest innovation, Putty. Amanda’s happy nature make her an excellent teacher and with her wealth of knowledge her students are in good hands. Lyndsay Harold - Wales
Lyndsay has worked in the nail industry for over 12 years and is based in North Wales. She loves the combination of working in an industry where skill levels and demands are high. Her career hightlight was delivering her first training course as she loves teaching clients about their nails and how to look after them properly at home. NVQ Level 3 Qualified, PTTLS Qualified and working towards an Acessors Award. Achieved Status - Artistic Expert
