Digital Marketing Executive

The successful candidate will have a solid foundation in digital marketing with a clear understanding of PPC, SEO, email and social media channels. You will need experience in setting up and managing PPC and paid advertising campaigns. You will also need strong proofreading, copy and storytelling skills. This position suits someone searching for a highly creative role with the ability to develop and implement a digital marketing plan. 



  • Day-to-day management of two Magento websites – both B2B and B2C.
  • Overseeing and working in conjunction with an outsourced web development agency.
  • Implementing a strong web strategy and working with the wider team to ensure content is optimised and current.
  • Identify and attain KPIs, track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
  • Regularly test and report on user experience.

E-Mail Marketing:

  • Creating an effective email marketing calendar, devising new and innovative ways to target customers and drive business using Dot Mailer.
  • Working closely with the rest of the team to create and implement marketing campaigns for existing products and new launches.
  • Working with Graphic Designer to compile strong copy and send highly appealing email marketing campaigns to our customer databases.
  • Compile regular reports to measure performance of campaigns and ensure ROI.

Social Media:

  • Managing social media calendar, working with marketing team to create compelling copy that engages our customers, across all social media channels.
  • Compiling monthly analysis on social channels, reporting on trends and results from campaigns.
  • Managing paid social campaigns and individual budgets, monitoring performance in all aspects of marketing activity.
  • Keeping up-to-date with developments and opportunities in the social marketing world, using this knowledge to keep the company ahead of their competition

Digital Advertising:

  • Work with team to create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click ad management.
  • Optimise all marketing assets for use across marketing channels.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports, analysing current performance along with strategies for growth.
  • Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments.


  • Manage all search engine optimisation including website architecture, content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.
  • Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
  • Responsible for keyword research and performance and opportunity for growth. 
  • Identify new initiatives to build traffic and maximise conversion.

Essential traits and skills:

  • Degree educated – preferably with a digital marketing qualification.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in online marketing, planning and campaign evaluation.
  • Excellent knowledge of email marketing - PPC, SEO, CRM and Google Adwords.
  • Passionate about the beauty sector.
  • Results and sales driven with customer experience focus.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills.
  • Experience in developing and managing digital marketing strategy.
  • Proven track record of managing KPIs and ROI effectively.
  • Strong time management skills and an ability to manage multiple channels at once.
  • Advanced data analysis and interpretation skills, with the ability to convert findings into actionable campaigns.
  • Can communicate and work well with a wide range of people.

Business Development Manager

We are currently seeking a Business Development Managers (nationwide) to join our team! The role would involve creating strategic planning for developing new business whilst growing and developing existing business. The successful candidate will be able to deliver a high level of face to face service, as well as having the confidence to build relationships and open new business through cold calling and following up on leads generated through trade exhibitions and advertising.

  • Exhibitions - responsible for assisting with trade shows and events.

Essential traits and skills:

  • Two years’ experience in a sales role, preferably in the health & beauty sector.
  • It is essential to be able to communicate on all levels
  • Punctual and driven, with excellent time and management skills.
  • Attention to detail is essential along with initiative and creativity and adaptability.
  • Fluent, accurate and persuasive command of written and spoken English.
  • Qualified beauty therapist or nail technician would be an advantage but nor essential as full product training is provided.
  • Some travel to Head Office in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire involved, candidates must be willing to stay away from home when required.
