IBX is a revolutionary two-part system that acts as a protective shield for the natural nail under any gel polish coating and can also be used as a natural nail strengthening system to grow natural nails more readily on their own! It works within the nail rather than sitting on top, is cured with an LED light and forms an interpenetrating polymer network that fuses the upper layers of the nail together, resulting in a much tougher natural nail.Louella Belle IBX Step By Step Tutorial Follow the steps below to achieve best results with IBX:   First is REPAIR if and when needed. 1. APPLY a thin layer of REPAIR where needed. Apply to entire nail for gel polish and only where there is visible damage for natural nails. 2. HEAT gently for 1 minute under a table lamp with a 75-100 watt bulb. We recommend using the IBX Heat Lamp. 3. BLOT the excess from the surface lightly if needed. 4. CURE with an LED or UV Lamp for the same amount of time your lamp cures your Gel Polish colour coat. 5. CLEANSE with your preferred cleanser. We recommend Cinnatize.   Now it’s time for IBX. When doing a client’s first IBX treatment, you will need to apply IBX TWICE. 1. APPLY a thin layer of IBX over the nail plate. 2. HEAT gently for 4 minutes under the IBX Heat Lamp. 3. BLOT the excess from the surface lightly if needed. 4. CURE with an LED or UV Lamp for the same amount of time your lamp cures your Gel Polish colour coat. 5. CLEANSE with Cinnatize.   Repeat those five steps for a second application of IBX but this time, gently heat for 2 minutes instead of 4. Do this for every IBX application you do in the future. Follow the steps for applying Repair first if needed. Want to get your IBX application down to a T? Email education@louellabelle.co.uk to find out upcoming IBX trainign dates!
