How do I register?

You will need to register on the Louella Belle website www.louellabelle.co.uk. You will be asked to fill in your details including information about your business and this will be automatically sent to the customer services team who will be in contact within one working day. Once contact has been made we will ask you for proof of your qualifications via a certificate which can either be sent in via post or scanned via email. Once this has been checked over your account will be authorised and you will be issued with an username and password to log in to the website to view prices and place orders online and via telephone with the customer service team on 0333 000 2100.

What qualifications do I need?

As we only supply to trade we would request that you sent your beauty/nail industry certificates for approval to info@louellabelle.co.uk.

Do you have a minimum spend?

We do not have a minimum spend but for orders under £50, a charge of £6.50 (excluding VAT) will be added to your order total. If your order totals over £50, your delivery will be free of charge. We are happy to discuss the costs of guaranteed Saturday deliveries on an individual basis.

Delivery and courier service

We always aim to dispatch goods on the same day that they are ordered if the order is received before 2.00 pm, however, during busy periods deliveries may take up to 5 working days. Delays in delivery cannot be the responsibility of Louella Belle as they may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Postage will be charged on all packages to a maximum rate of £6.50 plus VAT for orders in mainland Britain, we reserve the right to increase postage costs to certain postcodes to cover our own costs of service.

Saturday delivery is not guaranteed without a substantial premium.

We use interlink express as our courier service.

Please note: delivery times quoted are estimates only and time shall not be of the essence of the contract and all risk in the products shall pass to the customer or its appointed agent at the time of deliver.

How long will my order take?

Our terms and conditions state orders can take upto five working days however this is more for busy periods we normally try to dispatch orders within 24-48 hours

Why do you need to see a copy of my beauty qualifications?

We require beauty qualifications to ensure we are only supplying to the professional market this protects our customers to ensure their clients are not purchasing professional brands at trade prices.

Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

We are confident you will be 100% delighted with all purchases on louellabelle.co.uk. Goods are not offered on a 'sale or return' basis. Louella Belle reserves the right to decline the return of any items purchased should they not meet the conditions stated hereafter. Should any items be received in error, these shall be accepted providing that the company is notified within 7 days and that the goods arrive back to company premises in perfect condition. Please contact info@louellabelle.co.uk. or call 0333 000 2100 and we will give you a unique reference code, which must be included on the outside of your parcel in order for the return to be accepted.

If goods received are faulty, please contact us on 0333 000 2100 and we will arrange for the goods to be collected.

We pride ourselves on a fast turnaround with our orders so that you receive your goods as quickly as possible. If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so on the same day as you placed your order. In some instances your order may have already been dispatched, in which case we will need to process this as a return. If you do wish to cancel your order, please contact us on 0333 000 2100 and we will endeavour to cancel this if possible
