GET YOUR BALANCE RIGHT Work/Life Boundaries It is more important than ever to keep a work / life balance. Turn off work phones / emails out of hours - As tempting as it may be, it's important to establish working boundaries. Being constantly "on"  can lead to burn out and make relaxing more challenging. Don't feel guilty about having working hours boundaries! Reclaim your lunch break - Keeping a routine, even if it is just having a set lunch hour, is important to give your day structure and help you maintain a sense of purpose. Ask For Help - Recognise when you need help. We are all human and asking someone for help may also help them to feel needed, whilst relieve a little stress from yourself as well. Have a clear end to your working day - If you are still working from home or doing bits for your business, make sure you have something to look forward to. Set a clear end to your working day as this will enable a positive mind and a clear schedule for your day. Learn to rest - Making sure you let your body rest every day is an important aspect to your wellbeing. Practise and incorporate simple relaxation such as meditation in to your routine to help keep your life in balance.
