 After prepping nails, apply a thin coat of Stick With It base coat.

Step 2:

 With All White Now and a Mini Striper Brush, create an outline of a dialogue design.

Step 3:

 Using the Mini Striper Brush and All White Now, fill in the dialogue outline. Repeat if necessary.

Step 4:

With Best Face Forward and the Striper Brush, paint an O towards the edge of the dialogue design. Continue creating the M and the G. Paint a hashtag character using Best Face Forward. 

Step 5:

 With Little Black Dress and a Mini Striper Brush, outline the dialogue bubble.

Step 6:

With a Dotting Tool and No Filter Needed, place dots around the dialogue bubble. Finish with Need For Speed top coat. Enjoy the finished look!
