Aside from transforming your salon into a winter wonderland this Christmas, prepare some treatment packages that your clients will be sure to take advantage of during the festive season. Not only will this increase your sales, but it will also introduce your clients to new treatments and brands you offer at your salon.

Salon Gift Cards and Vouchers

A gift card scheme is an essential in any salon if you are looking to improve on your referrals. During the busiest time of the year, optimising your gift card sales can also lead to supporting quieter times for your salon during the New Year. Make sure you inform your staff of your gift cards and promotions around Christmas as they will be the main point of contact for your client throughout their visit, making the perfect time to sell!

Gifting and Retail

Upsell! Motivate clients to buy from you by displaying great value festive goodies or gift-able items beside the reception desk. Include tags such as ‘Stocking Fillers’ or ‘Items Under £30’ so they feel more enticed to buy a little extra something.

Reward your customers throughout the festive season with free samples of products and treatments. Not only will this make them feel extra special at Christmas, but you may also see them returning in the New Year to try out a different range of treatments to their usual protocol in your salon!
